2024 Cultural Class-Taiwanese Snacks

In this week’s TCML cultural class, students were introduced to popular Taiwanese snacks: wheel cakes（車輪餅）, salted crispy chicken（鹹酥雞）, and pickled cabbage（泡菜）. The class also included a brief introduction to traditional Chinese paper cutting（剪紙）.
Everyone had a great time making and enjoying the snacks right in the classroom, immersing themselves in the “food” culture of Taiwan. It was a fun and delicious hands-on experience!
